My funny Breylan story -

Okay so Breylan has been a little stink lately and I had enough on Sunday and he was sent to his room. When Daddy got home a little while later I told him what had happened and he went to talk to him (and tells him that Santa is still watching and he is not going to bring presents if he is being bratty). After a while Brenton and Breylan come out and Breylan say’s that he is sorry and then tells he that he wants to pray. My response was Ummmmm……okay let’s go in Mommy’s room and we can pray. He sits down, holds my hand and this was his prayer.

“Dear Lord Santa, I am so sorry that I have been a bad boy, PLEASE do not take my presents away. I promise that I will be a good boy now, and please tell Grammy who is watching me all the time in Heaven that I will be a good boy from now on too. So okay Santa, I will be a good boy and you will still bring me presents for Christmas.”

As sweet and sad/funny as it was it took everything in me not to laugh. And then I had to explain to him that Santa and God are not the same person. His response to that was…………..

“Well Christmas land and Heaven look the same to me” This kid kills me, he is hilarious!
