ECLC Programs

Head Start - is a national preschool program designed to meet the needs of children ages 3-5 years of age. Head Start serves 3-5 year olds in a center-based program option.

Early Head Start - is a national program designed for children and families prenatal to age 3. Early Head Start offers two program options: center-based, and prenatal services (serves 6 prenatal families). Whichever program you choose, you will be receiving the same high-quality standards across the board for your children and family.

EHS and HS - provide comprehensive developmental services in the areas of education, health, nutrition and social/emotional needs of the children, as well as provide support services for families based on their individual needs

First Steps - First Steps is an early intervention program which serves children birth to age six. The following services are provided:

  • Developmental tracking-helps you monitor the physical, social, and mental development of your child.
  • Assessment services-provides professional diagnostic services in the areas of speech, language, health, hearing, motor skills, and intellectual development.
  • Intervention services-provides teachers, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech/language pathologist and service coordinators for children with diagnosed disabilities.

Before and After School Care - is a fee for service implemented to provide full day, full year services throughout the year. A sliding scale is available for enrolled Tribal members based on household income verification. Some parents may qualify for ICCP and/or CCDF, which would subsidize the cost of your Before and After School Care.
