The map below showcases some of the projects that have been, or are being, conducted to protect or enhance Coeur d'Alene Lake quality, habitats or beneficial uses.
During the period 1990 through 2003, this work was undertaken by various programs under the Tribe's Natural Resources Department: Fisheries, Water Resources, Wildlife and Natural Resource Damage Assessment.
In 2003 the Lake Management Department was established and soon started work on a number of additional in-lake projects.
